5) Have you tried another web browser?
To determine if your browser is experiencing an issue, it can help to try another one, here are a few popular browser sites:
Google Chrome: http://www.google.com/chrome (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Mozilla Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Internet Explorer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/products/ie/home (Windows)
Apple Safari: http://www.apple.com/safari/ (Mac, PC)
If that doesn't work,
If you are having loading issues or the game screen is all grey, try downloading the special "debugger" version of the Flash player. This will give a detailed error message if you run into Flash bugs, which you can then copy and paste into your bug report here. (You don't need to speak the techy talk, just copy & paste any error you get and our developers will decipher it!)

Look for the "Debugger" version to download there
