Getting a blank page? Follow these steps to try to troubleshoot the issue.

1) Are you using the latest version of your browser? Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.6

2) Are you using Adobe Flash Player 10? If not, download it for free here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer Clear your browser's cache afterward in order to use it.

Here's how to clear your browser's cache:

Internet Explorer 8
1) Tools
2) Internet Options
3) Delete Browsing History- check the box for "temporary internet files"
4) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/crowdstars-it-girl/

Firefox 3.5
1) Tools
2) Clear Recent History
3) click the "details" button
4) check the box next to "cache"
5) click "clear now"
6) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/crowdstars-it-girl/

a) what you're seeing on your screen exactly
b) what version of Adobe Flash Player you're using. Right click on the game to find out.

If the loading bar loads halfway or if you get a grey screen, please clear your Flash Player's cache:

a) Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
b) Select cdnitgirl.crowdstar.com from the list
c) Click on Delete Website
d) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/crowdstars-it-girl/

Then increase your Flash Player's Local Storage:
a) Open the game
b) right click on the screen
c) click "settings"
d) click the folder tab
e) set local storage to 10 MB
f) Refresh the game

If you've already cleared your browser's cache and your Flash Player's cache today, try uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Flash Player 10. Then clear your browser's cache in order to use it. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
