What are Facebook Credits?
Facebook Credits are a trusted virtual currency from Facebook themselves. Facebook Credits convenient because they can be used towards buying virtual gifts in numerous applications, not just Zoo Paradise. Read more about Facebook Credits here http://www.facebook.com/help/?topic=credits
How do I get Facebook Credits?
To purchase Facebook credits, click on any premium item in this application's store with a Facebook credit icon underneath. This will initiate the purchase flow.
You can purchase Facebook credits using a credit card or mobile phone. The supported carriers are: Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Cellular One, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin. You may also pay with a co-branded debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).

How do I check on my balance for Facebook Credits?
Currently, there are 4 ways to see your Facebook Credits balance:
To check your Facebook Credits balance click on the Premium Item in the Store. The balance will be on the top right.
Go to the Facebook Games Dashboard. Your Facebook Credits balance can be found along the right side of the screen.
Go to the Facebook Gift Shop. Your balance will be listed on the top left of the screen.
Go to the Payments tab in your account and view your Credits balance. From this tab you have the option of purchasing more Facebook Credits as well.

Facebook will be happy to answer your questions about Facebook Credits. To contact Facebook:
1) Go to the game page for the game your purchase was made

2) click the link that says "Report/Contact this application"
3) A pop up will open
select the radio button
Dispute an item purchased while playing that game
4) Write a description of your issue in the section provided

Some games have the option to earn free Facebook credits with TrialPay.
These are promotional offers by various merchants and services (and there will be some free offers like surveys, too). If you complete an offer, you earn a certain number of credits.
How to use it:
Open your Happy Pets game.
In the top toolbar, you will see a link next to your coins that says "Earn Credits".
Click that button and a pop up will appear with a list of offers.
Click an offer and complete it.
Support:
TrialPay is handling the support for these transactions.
1. Open the "Earn credits" pop up.
2. Click the "Support" link at the top right corner.
You can also click on "Contact Support" to pull up a list of transactions you have completed. You should allow 30 minutes after the
estimated confirmation time before contacting TrialPay for support. Periodically,
some transactions may experience advertiser delays of up to 1 business
day.
