Aye There!!

Sometimes we may loose something - it happens to everyone. Worry not 'cause we have ways to find your lost possession :)

1. Make sure it isnt in your stash box. Depending on the speed of your network or your browser it may take a moment before you will get it. Proceed to point a

a) Reload your game and check in stash again. (if that wasn't successful proceed to point 2)

2. If it still not in there or you have lost it in different circumstances (not recently purchased item disappeared just like that) please clear your cache:

Internet Explorer 8

a) Tools

b) Internet Options

c) Delete Browsing History

d) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/happy-island

 

Firefox 3.5

a) Tools

b) Clear Recent History

c)Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/happy-island

 

Safari

a)Click on Safari

b)Click on Empty Cash

c) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/happy-island

 

Google Chrome

a) Click on the wrench in the upper right hand corner.

b) Choose options

c) Choose Under the hood

d) Choose Clear browsing data.

e) Empty the Cache

 

Then check in your stash box and / or please check behind other attractions and decorations on your island. Please take note that you will have to move attractions and look behind them. If still usucessful proceed to point 3

 

3. If you have purchased this item with facebook credits see a, otherwise see b

 

a) In case of missing items bought with Facebook Credits please contact Facebook:

 

I) Go to http://apps.facebook.com/happy-island

II) Click the 'Report' and then 'Credits Issues' (link at the bottom left of the page)

III) Choose 'Dispute a Payment' from the dialogue box that appears

IV) Pick your Transaction and write a description of your issue in the section provided

b) Please send us a report with exact name of lost item, its last location and its upgrade level. To report it use - Submit a request option (at the top of this website)
