Getting a blank page? Follow these steps to try to troubleshoot the issue.

1) Are you using the latest version of your browser? Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.5
2) Are you using Adobe Flash Player 10? If not, download it for free herehttp://get.adobe.com/flashplayer Clear your browser's cache afterwards in order to use it.

Here's how to clear your browser's cache:

Internet Explorer 8
1) Tools
2) Internet Options
3) Delete Browsing History- check the box for "temporary internet files"
4) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/happy-pets

Firefox 3.5
1) Tools
2) Clear Recent History
3) click the "details" button
4) check the box next to "cache"
5) click "clear now"
6) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/happy-pets

If the loading bar loads halfway, please clear your Flash Player's cache:

a) Go tohttp://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
b) Select cdnpets.crowdstar.com from the list
c) Click on Delete Website
d) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/happy-pets

Then increase your Flash Player's Local Storage:
a) Open the Happy Pets game
b) right click on the screen
c) click "Global settings"
b) On the left in the menu, click on "Global Storage Settings panel"
e) In the Flash Player "Global Storage Settings panel", set the slider to 10MB or Unlimited.
f) Refresh http://apps.facebook.com/happy-pets

If that doesn't work,
Try checking your operating systems Firewall settings. Lowering this a setting may help.

If that doesn't work,

If you are having loading issues or the game screen is all grey, try downloading the special "debugger" version of the Flash player. This will give a detailed error message if you run into Flash bugs, which you can then copy and paste into your bug report here. (You don't need to speak the techy talk, just copy & paste any error you get and our developers will decipher it!)
