If you're experiencing issues with Top Girl, then there are a few steps you can take before contacting Crowdstar Support:
Our development team constantly work on Top Girl to make it better for you, and so we release updates periodically. To update your version of Top Girl, please do the following:
1) On your Apple device select 'App Store',
2) Select 'Updates', and check if Top Girl is listed - if it is, proceed to Step 3. If it is not listed, proceed to the next Section
3) Select 'Top Girl'
4) Select 'Update'
After updating, you should always restart your device. This will basically 'refresh' your device, like having a small sleep :)

To restart your device, please do the following:
1) Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button (Top of the Device) and the Home button (Front of the Device) together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
2) Start up Top Girl and see if the issue persists.
If you tried all the above steps and are still having an issue with Top Girl, don't worry - you can just send in a ticket to Crowdstar Support!
Just visit http://support.crowdstar.com/home and select 'Submit Bug Report'. You will need to select 'Top Girl on iPhone / iPad' as your game, and the more detail you can give us in your report, the easier it is for us to help you.
Also, if you can include what steps you've already taken, that would be great too.
