If you have run in to an issue in one of our games, please use the following instructions to submit a support request. A Community Manager will then deal with your request and send you a reply, with a notification by email.
To create a new ticket, here are a couple of pictures illustrating the steps (don't worry, it's pretty easy!)
On this page, hit the "Submit a Request" link.
It'll take you to the form, shown here, with details:
To get your Facebook ID, check this page: http://www.crowdstar.com/fbuid/
And the final part of the form:
Once you submit a request, it goes into the queue and one of the community managers will respond to you
This should make support more efficient, and gives you some great options, like being able to track replies ![]()
