how do i move apartments / businesses / objects?

To move objects, you need to click the 'Hammer' icon in the bottom right corner. That opens up the 'Build' menu.

From there, click 'Edit' in the top left corner, and you'll go back to the game screen in 'Edit Mode'

From there, click on the building or object you wish to move, and move it.

When you're finished, just click the 'OK' icon (green arrow) in the bottom right corner and you'll be back to the normal game screen.
