Hello,
In cases where you will have problems with purchasing anything in TopGirl please see instructions below.
The iTunes App store sales policy states that you cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase (http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html), but if you require a refund, you may contact them with details, they are known to make exceptions if you have a valid reason.
Please follow these steps
1. Find the email receipt for your iTunes Store purchase and click the “Report Problem” link next to the item that you would like to return.
If you have deleted that email please dont worry, open Itunes and log in, then:
Then find your purchase history and click on it:
After that pick your purchase and click on the button below - Report a Problem
If you dont have Itunes please follow this link:

2. Click the Problem drop-down menu and choose an option that best describes your problem:
You should get a response from Apple in the next 24-48 hours. If the support agent is satisfied with your reasoning, there is a chance that you will be refunded. Please remember thought that you are not entitled to a refund under the iTunes Store Sales policy.
To avoid unauthorized purchases:
- Go to SETTINGS
- Select GENERAL
- Select RESTRICTIONS
- TAP "ENABLE RESTRICTIONS"
- ENTER PASSCODE
- Down Below, there's a section for "ALLOWED CONTENT"
- Then can Toggle "IN-APP PURCHASES"
